Sapna, born and raised in Nairobi, is currently serving as an Urban Law United Nations Volunteer (UNV) in the Policy and Legislation Section (PLGS). She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nottingham. Sapna began her journey with UN-Habitat as an intern after graduating and stayed on with the team as a UNV. Before joining UN-Habitat, she worked as a research assistant in her university’s human rights law clinic, focusing on refugee law, and completed various legal intersnhips in diverse fields.
