Bridie Oginga is working on web development activities in UN-Habitat’s Policy and Legislation Section. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in Nairobi, Kenya.

Before joining UN-Habitat, she worked at Safaricom as a Junior Database Administrator supporting the implementation of open-source databases. She also worked in Women in Tech, Safaricom as a Volunteer on the Kids in Tech project, mentoring children interested in technology careers.

Bridie is fluent in English and Swahili, and also has basic knowledge in Mandarin.
